How do I know this is a legitimate site?
This site has been active since 1996. Sales of CD's have been available on-line through this site since 2001.

Is my email and other personal info kept private?
Your personal information is kept secure. Cindy O'Neil won't sell or distribute your personal infomation to anyone.

Is it safe to order MP3's, lyrics or other merchandise from this site?
Yes. Your credit card information is encrypted as soon as you click the "Process Payment Information" button. We use PayPal's secure payment system so we don't even see your credit card information.

If something goes wrong with my order who do I contact?
You may contact Cindy O'Neil directly via the form below, Cindy will sort it out for you and email you back. 

What if I have a problem downloading music or lyrics?
You can simply click FAQs on Ordering to get answers to downloading issues. You can also fill out the form below to contact Cindy directly.

What if my CD gets damaged in the mail?
Cindy will replace the CD you ordered free of charge. Contact her via the form below.  

What if I don't like the CD after I buy it?
Contact Cindy via the form below within 45 days of your order and your money will be refunded.

What are the shipping costs?
Within Canada and the U.S shipping is only $4. For any order over $30 shipping is free.
